机加工车间6S管理落地指南！告别脏乱差、提升产能良品率

很多中小型机加工车间看似设备齐全、产能充足，但现场物料混乱、油污遍地、工具乱放、工件随意堆积，不仅车间观感差，还暗藏诸多品质隐患、安全隐患和效率浪费。6S管理并非形式化的车间美化，而是通过整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全的标准化落地，帮工厂降本、提效、提质、保安全。

整理（SEIRI）：清理无用物料，释放产能空间。彻底排查车间现场，清理长期闲置的报废工件、老旧夹具、损坏刀具、过期辅料、无用杂物，区分必需品和非必需品。无用物料及时清理出库，避免占用厂房空间、遮挡设备通道，杜绝杂物堆积带来的磕碰、生锈、安全隐患，让车间空间高效利用。

整顿（SEITON）：定点定容定量，杜绝寻找浪费。对刀具、工装、量具、辅料、毛坯、成品进行分区摆放，划分专属区域、张贴标识。刀具入柜、量具归位、物料分区、设备周边无杂物，实现“拿取有位置、用完归原位”。彻底解决操作工找刀、找工装、找物料的等待浪费，大幅提升换产、调试、加工效率。

清扫（SEISO）：清洁设备现场，减少品质故障。每日清理机床铁屑、油污、粉尘，擦拭设备导轨、工作台、操作面板，清理地面杂物积水。机床堆积的铁屑、油污不仅影响设备散热，还会磨损导轨、堵塞油路，粉尘杂质进入加工区域，会造成工件划伤、精度偏差。常态化清扫，是低成本保障设备精度、产品品质的手段。

清洁（SEIKETSU）：固化标准，维持现场状态。制定车间卫生标准、设备维保标准、物料摆放标准，将清扫、整理工作常态化、制度化，避免一阵风式整改。每日班前班后例行检查，维持车间整洁、设备完好、物料规范的状态，杜绝问题反弹。

素养（SHITSUKE）：规范员工习惯，养成职业素养。通过长期标准化管理，让员工自觉遵守车间规章制度，规范操作设备、规范摆放物料、规范作业流程，杜绝随意操作、粗放生产的习惯，从人为层面减少报废、返工、浪费问题。

安全（SAFETY）：排查隐患，杜绝安全事故。整理设备线路、规范气源电源、清理消防通道、杜绝违规操作、做好设备防护。机加工车间铁屑烫伤、机械夹伤、触电、火灾等隐患频发，常态化安全排查，是工厂稳定生产的底线保障。

大量工厂低估了6S的价值，实际上规范的6S现场，能直接降低工件报废率、减少设备故障、提升生产效率、优化客户验厂印象，是零投入、高回报的车间管理方式。
